The delegation representing Mother Syria Assembly MSA led by Dr. Mahmoud al-Irk, visited the Syrian doctors’ Union, and met with the union’s chairman Dr. Abdul Qader al-Hassan and chairman of Damascus doctors Union, Dr. Youssef Ali As’ad.
Dr. a-Irk spoke in details about MSA objectives and activities, noting that MSA is for all Syrians, and that it is the duty of every Syrian to take responsibility for promoting Syria for the better.
“It is our duty to cooperate as public and private sectors so as to move into a new and prosperous reality that is economically, socially and culturally comfortable.
He explained that one of MSA achievements was defining an economic vision through the economic conference held by the end of 2017, which included 32 researchers from Syria, Egypt and Lebanon who developed recommendations and proposals that improve economic reality after identifying the Syrian economy.
He also talked about the committees of MSA Supreme Advisory Committee, which has been seminars and lectures within the competence of each committee, such as the scientific committee, which gives lectures in high-tech (Hi-Tech) – nanotechnology – management development – stem cells.
Dr. al-Irk noted the possibility of MSA cooperation with the doctor’s union to enrich the focus on (stem cells), as a medical specialty and in disseminating social medical awareness seminars on communicable diseases and diseases caused by war remnants and how to prevent them.
For his part, Dr. al-Hassan appreciated MSA activities, expressing readiness and readiness to cooperate in related areas.
Talks dealt with the importance developing all aspect of the health system to cope with the current reality, such as health insurance and the importance of monitoring and study the health and medical reality to reach the optimal situation.
