Under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and Culture Directorate in Damascus, MSA held a seminar entitled “e-Government and its Applications” at the Cultural Center in Damascus – Abu Rummaneh on Tuesday 10/7/2018. It was attended Anas Habib, a. Yassar Younis, and Dr. Khalid Senior, during which they addressed the definition of the concept of e-government and the importance of its role and applications.
“We are on the verge of ending the crisis, or at least part of it,” said MSA President Dr. Mahmoud al-Irk, noting “So we hope in the next phase to devote ourselves to civil services issues, relating to economic buildup and other matters supposed to be taken to build an e-government.
For their part, the lecturer Anas Habib and Yassar Yunis pointed out the relationship between e-government and good governance, wisdom and transparency, noting its importance in abolishing administrative corruption
Dr. Khaled Senyour, an accredited human development coach and head MSA Administrative Construction Committee, said that it has become possible at this stage to see the beginnings of e-government in leading the reform process, namely the rebuilding of Post-crisis Syria.
