Mother Syria Assembly MSA Administrative Construction Committee, chaired by Dr. Khalid Sanyour, discussed during its first meeting on 7/3/2018 holding of lectures and symposia on administrative construction.
Participants in the meeting discussed the importance of training in various administrative fields to contribute to administrative development and withstand administrative challenges, for serving comprehensive development issues in Syria, noting that training is essential for preparing human competencies and administrative staff.
MSA chairman Dr. Mahmoud al-Irk , spoke about the importance and role played by the Administrative Construction Committee in defining visions and objectives of the committee’s strategic plan, through which all the topics and the main axes are discussed.
He pointed to the importance of administrative development in the introduction of changes so as to achieve the goals of the institutions efficiently and effectively, and raise the level of productivity in terms of products and services,
Other committee members , stressed the need to improve the administrative reality, identify the needs and draw on the experiences of countries that have experienced crises during the war period, and promote the concept of government.
They pointed out the need to organize seminars and lectures on the construction and administrative development under MSA auspices , with the participation of specialized researchers and the importance of involving the Higher Institute for Management to provide needed training.
