Mother Syria Assembly (MSA), in cooperation with Damascus University, holds its 1st economic conference entitled ” National Economic Vision for Future Syria ” at Damascus University Headquarters – Rida Saeed Hall , December 16-17.
The conference will include three main areas : the Syrian economy and economic policies, management and state role, and Future Vision for the Syrian economy.
The conference opening ceremony includes the speech of Dr. Maher Qabakibi – President of Damascus University, the speech of Dr. Mahmoud al-Irk MSA President the speech of the Conference Organizing Committee Dr. Ghada Al-Dahim
The first day of the conference l includes the following lectures: ” World Economic Order & its Impacts on Syria’s Development and Reconstruction ” by Dr. Ahmad El-Najjar, “Post Arab Wars Economies & Uprisings Consequences” by Dr. Abdel Halim Fadlallah, Analytical Review of Economic Policies before and during the crisis and its impact on the development and social justice of Dr. Munir al-Hemesh, ” Syrian Economy losses under Crisis & Impact of Economic sanctions” by Dr. Mustafa al-Kafri and Dr.Mahmoud Zanbua, Foreign Economic Relations before and during War ( Foreign Trade) by Dr.Samar Qusaybati and Dr.Shibley Abu al-Fakhr,” State Role in Economy”, by Dr. Mohamed Samir Mustafa, Good Management and Governance by Dr. Ahmad al-Khuder and Mrs. Faten al-Irk , ” Development and Social Justice”, by Dr. M. Abdel Shafie Issa, ” Entrepreneurship and the Development of Small and Medium business in National Economy”, by Dr. Dr.Samir al-Mustafa , and Dr. Dr. Ayman Dayoub, and ” Corruption as an Obstruction to Development & Reform” by Dr. Muhammad Saeed al-Halabi.

A wrap-up session will be held at in conclusion of the conference to formulate proposals and recommendations ..
The conference will be attended by several researchers and professors in the economic field from Syria, Egypt and Lebanon, and economic officials concerned.
